want or what you need. I view your mortgage as another tool to reach your
financial goals. It’s all personal, very personal. In light of that, I want to
give you some information about myself and assure you that I will take a
personal interest in you and your mortgage loan needs!
I have been in mortgage banking since 1985.
My corporate affiliations over the years have been largely national lenders.
Recently I stopped being a “mortgage banker” and became a “mortgage broker."
The primary reason that I decided to make this change was for expansion of
opportunities for you and for me.
The benefit to you is that you are not tied
to a particular set of rules. In other words, a traditional setting offers a
limited menu of products and services. The customer is defined, management has
a particular bent toward one product or another, and you are supposed to “fit.”
By utilizing a mortgage broker, we have the opportunity to be “limitless.” We
are served by the overriding corporate philosophy that you and your needs are
unique – and search for the best fit for you – not where we can “make you fit.”
